1. OVERVIEW

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hansdayoga.com (the "Website") and all products purchased through the Website.

1.2 By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

3.1 You may be required to create an account to place an order. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and promptly update it in the event of any changes.

3.2 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account.

3.3 You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and do not share your account with others.

3.4 You must notify us immediately at hansdayoga@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account at any time if:

• False or incomplete information is provided
• Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected
• Any provision of these Terms is breached
• Access originates from a restricted destination (see Section 4)

4. RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS

4.1 In compliance with international laws and regulations, we do not ship to the following countries and regions:

Sanctioned Countries and Regions: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea Region, Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic, and any other countries, regions, or entities designated on sanctions lists maintained by the United Nations Security Council, U.S. OFAC, European Council, or UK HM Treasury.

Terrorism-Related High-Risk Countries and Regions: Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Iraq, Sudan, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso, Myanmar (restricted regions), Palestine (Gaza Strip), and any other countries, regions, or entities designated on counter-terrorism sanctions lists maintained by the United Nations Security Council, U.S. OFAC, European Council, or UK HM Treasury.

4.2 We automatically screen and block registrations and orders from the above regions via IP address and shipping address. Intercepted orders will be automatically cancelled with a full refund. We reserve the right to update this list at any time in accordance with changes to applicable sanctions regimes.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

5.1 We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices on the Website. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen display settings.

5.2 All products on the Website are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide available options. For detailed out-of-stock handling, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5.3 We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

6.1 All prices on the Website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) .

6.2 Prices do not include import duties, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other customs charges. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient (you). For details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6.3 Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and third-party payment services such as PayPal.

6.4 Payment information is transmitted via encryption and processed directly by our payment service providers. We do not store full card numbers.

7. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

7.1 After you submit an order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order only and does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

7.2 A binding contract of sale is formed upon dispatch of the Goods.

7.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock and cannot be replenished
• Payment is not authorized or fails verification
• Fraud or unauthorized transaction is suspected
• The shipping address is in a restricted destination (see Section 4)
• There is an obvious error in the product price or description
• The order quantity exceeds reasonable personal use (suspected resale)

7.4 If an order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

8. SHIPPING

8.1 We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. We will automatically select the optimal carrier and shipping method based on your shipping address.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

9.1 You have the right to request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

9.2 Returned items must meet specific conditions. Certain items (intimate apparel, used equipment, clearance items, etc.) are non-returnable.

9.3 Return shipping costs vary by reason: product defects, incorrect items, and transit damage are covered by us; personal reasons are at your cost.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.2 Without our express written permission, you may not:

• Use our trademarks or brand identifiers
• Scrape, crawl, or mirror the Website for commercial purposes

10.3 Any reviews, comments, or content you submit to the Website constitutes a grant to us of a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

13.2 Health & Safety Notice: The use of yoga products involves inherent physical activity risks. Please read all product instructions and safety warnings carefully before use. Hansda Yoga shall not be liable for personal injury or property damage arising from misuse, use beyond the product's intended purpose, or failure to follow safety instructions.

13.3 We shall not be liable for:

• Delays or failure to perform due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
• System failures or delays of third-party payment service providers
• Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hansda Yoga's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

17.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.

17.3 If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.

17.4 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18.2 No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

18.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior oral or written communications and proposals.

18.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.

18.5 Language: In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
